Cross platform

AI-powered reputation management

Stay on top of your reputation across every platform - Google, social platforms, review sites, and more. Watch Tower brings every signal into one view so you can monitor sentiment, respond to feedback, and act on what customers are saying.

From signal to insight

An agent that monitors and acts

Watching is only the first half. Every review gets a reply, every wrong detail gets corrected, and the pattern underneath — what people keep praising, what they keep raising — is the part worth acting on.

Step 01 of 06

Connect

Point Watch Tower at your profiles, your listings, and the review sites you care about. It reads what is already public, so there is nothing to import and nothing to keep in sync by hand.

Reviews Management

Ask at the right moment, reply every time

Ask happy customers for reviews and answer everyone else from one place, instead of juggling multiple platforms to keep up.

Most satisfied customers will leave a review if asked, and most are never asked. The ones who do write unprompted are rarely the happy ones, which is how a good business ends up with a rating that does not describe it.

Listings Management

Keep business details accurate across the web

Your hours, address, contact information, and service details, correct everywhere they appear. Update once and push the change to every connected directory.

Wrong hours on a directory you forgot existed cost you a customer who never tells you why. Your agent keeps one set of details and pushes it out, and flags the places where what is published does not match.

Watch Tower is an AI-first digital presence monitoring and action platform for small to medium-sized businesses. It continuously monitors your business information, listings, reviews, locations, and professional profiles across major online platforms and alerts you when something needs attention. Unlike tools that simply report problems, Watch Tower helps you understand what changed, prioritize what matters, and take action from one place. Businesses can monitor multiple locations and, where applicable, multiple provider or professional profiles.

Watch Tower continuously monitors the digital presence of your business across platforms you connect - such as Google Business Profile, Google Maps/Places, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, and industry-specific directories. It checks important business information including your business name, address, contact information, hours, services, locations, reviews, and professional profiles. Monitoring frequency can be configured by the customer and also depends on the capabilities of each publisher. When Watch Tower detects a meaningful change or inconsistency, it alerts you so you can review and address it.

A digital presence monitoring platform helps businesses keep track of how their business information appears across the internet. Watch Tower goes beyond basic monitoring by bringing reviews, listings, locations, business information, and professional profiles into one platform. Its AI identifies changes and inconsistencies, scores and prioritizes issues, and helps customers take corrective action.

Watch Tower can monitor business listings across major platforms including Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and Facebook, as well as industry-specific directories. For example, healthcare organizations can monitor platforms such as Healthgrades and Vitals. The specific publishers available for monitoring and direct actions can vary by platform.

Watch Tower establishes a trusted profile for the business. It initially uses information from sources such as the business’s website and Google profile to determine what appears to be current. The customer reviews and approves that information, after which it becomes the trusted profile in Watch Tower. Watch Tower can then compare information across listings against that trusted profile, including the business name, address, contact information, hours, service details, provider profiles, and locations. For healthcare practices, Watch Tower can also validate professional information against NPI data.

Watch Tower identifies the affected listing and shows the customer what information is inconsistent with the trusted profile. The customer can review the issue and take corrective action. For publishers that support direct updates, Watch Tower can push the approved correction directly to the publisher. For other publishers, Watch Tower provides a manual correction workflow. Watch Tower then tracks the status of the issue so the customer can see whether the correction has been resolved.

Watch Tower supports both direct corrections and guided manual corrections, depending on the publisher. Customers remain in control: It can identify the problem and recommend or prepare the appropriate action, but the customer must approve the action before it is executed. Where a publisher supports direct updates, the approved correction can be pushed from Watch Tower. Other publishers may require the customer to make the change manually.

Yes. Google reviews are a primary part of Watch Tower’s review monitoring. Watch Tower monitors new reviews, analyzes and prioritizes them, and alerts the business when attention is needed. Customers can also respond to Google reviews directly from Watch Tower. Reviews from other supported directories can also be monitored, although available actions vary by platform.

Yes. Watch Tower allows businesses to initiate responses to Google reviews from the platform. It can help draft a response based on the review, while the customer retains control and must approve the response before it is posted.

No, Watch Tower does not store historical review data. It monitors reviews in real time, analyzes sentiment, and provides actionable insights. It does not store individual reviews.

Watch Tower uses AI to analyze review sentiments and can draft responses for customer approval. It can help identify the nature and importance of a review and prepare an appropriate response, but Watch Tower does not remove the business from the decision-making process. The customer must review and approve any response before it is posted.

No. Watch Tower does not use customer data to train its AI. The AI is trained on a broad range of publicly available data and proprietary datasets, but it does not incorporate individual customer data into its training process. Customer data is used solely for monitoring and managing the business’s digital presence within the platform.

Yes. Watch Tower is designed to monitor businesses with multiple locations from one platform. Each affected listing or location can be viewed individually, and Watch Tower tracks the resolution status for each location and publisher.

Yes. Watch Tower supports professional profiles for industries where individual professionals are an important part of the business’s online presence, including healthcare, legal, and real estate. Businesses can monitor multiple provider or professional profiles alongside their business locations and listings from one platform.

Watch Tower uses a proprietary algorithm to score and prioritize issues. Rather than treating every listing discrepancy or review equally, Watch Tower provides context about the issue and helps the customer understand what needs attention. Watch Tower also provides an overall digital presence score, giving the business a high-level view of the health of its online presence.

Yes. Watch Tower utilizes a proprietary scoring system to prioritize issues identified across your digital presence. Instead of simply showing a list of alerts, Watch Tower helps identify which issues deserve attention so a business can focus its time where it is likely to have an impact.

Watch Tower is designed to do both. It follows the workflow of: Connect → Monitor → Detect → Analyze → Act → Track resolution. For example, Watch Tower can detect a new Google review, analyze the sentiment, draft a response, allow the customer to approve it, and respond directly from the platform. For listings, it can identify inconsistent information, allow the customer to approve a correction, push the correction to supported publishers, and track whether the issue has been resolved.

Watch Tower includes reputation management through review monitoring and response, but its scope is broader than traditional reputation management. It combines review monitoring, listings monitoring, digital presence intelligence, professional profiles, issue prioritization, and corrective actions in one AI-first platform. The key distinction is that Watch Tower doesn’t just tell a business what is happening online. It helps the business understand what matters and take action to correct it.

Watch Tower is primarily designed for businesses that depend on an accurate and trustworthy online presence. Examples include: medical and dental practices, home service businesses, real estate businesses, law firms, health and wellness businesses, other professional service businesses, and multi-location small businesses. It is particularly useful when a business has multiple locations, listings, reviews, or professional profiles that are difficult to monitor manually.
